Dr. A. Jayanthi Mala is a highly accomplished Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon, bringing over two decades of dedicated experience to Angel Care Women & Children Hospital. With more than 23 years in clinical practice and 17 years teaching Plastic Surgery, she is renowned for her surgical excellence, precision, and compassionate patient care.

Dr. Mala completed her MBBS and MS in General Surgery from Banaras Hindu University, followed by an MCh in Plastic Surgery from Christian Medical College. Her professional journey includes working at prestigious institutions such as Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital (New Delhi), Christian Medical College (Ludhiana) and Alia International Hospital (Kuwait). She has also served as Head of the Department of Plastic Surgery and was the Programme Director for Smile Train India, offering free cleft lip and palate surgeries to children in need.
